Shipping policy
At LeBeau Paper Co., we take great care in packing and preparing your order for its journey to you. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant processing delays will be communicated when possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Estimated carrier transit times may include:

Standard Domestic Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days

Expedited Domestic Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days

International Shipping: delivery times vary by destination and shipping service
Delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed by LeBeau Paper Co. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after a package leaves our care.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at info@lebeaupaperco.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to update your address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.
LeBeau Paper Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to LeBeau Paper Co. because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other circumstance outside of our control, we’ll contact you once the package is received.
If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, its movement and delivery are handled by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contacting the carrier directly. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered shortly before it physically arrives.
If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us at info@lebeaupaperco.com and we’ll do our best to help you determine the next steps.
LeBeau Paper Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@lebeaupaperco.com within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging.
We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please note that cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the listing of a Sample Sale or imperfect item are not considered shipping damage.
International Orders
International shipping is available to select destinations shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your LeBeau Paper Co. order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also cause delays outside of our control.
